We have a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for all US addresses including APO's. Our US orders are shipped through USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number once the order has been processed.

International Customers:

We can ship almost anywhere in the world. Shipping costs quoted on our site do not include duties, taxes, and any customs fees which are your responsibility. Note that USPS First Class Mail isn't trackable and isn't insured. If the package gets lost in transit, we will not be responsible. 


If you need to return or exchange your item(s), send the unused item(s) to us with a note stating the order number and what you need done. Garments have to be in new condition, unwashed, have tags in place, and be within 30 days of order. We will inspect the garment(s) to see if the return qualifies. If it meets the criteria, we will do as the note states. If it does not meet these criteria, the garment will be returned to the customer.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item, we will pay for the shipping back to you in the case of an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International customers: We do not pay for return shipment. If you need an exchange, it's easiest to send current item for a refund and place a new order. Otherwise we can send an invoice for the shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the shipping time will vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We are not responsible for items that aren't delivered to us. 

If you are approved, we will send you a confirmation email and your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 5 days minus the original shipping cost. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two weeks for the money to be credited to your account.

If you don't receive our money within two weeks after you get the refund notification, contact your bank.
